50% energy savings for the Millennium City parking
Millennium City was built in 1999 as Austria's first town-in-town concept, combining office and residential space with shopping and entertainment areas. The 50,000 square meters of the MILLENNIUM City contain over 100 shops from top international brands as well as numerous dining and entertainment offerings. An average of 14 million people visit Austria's most modern shopping center every year.
We successfully reduced the garage's lighting energy consumption by 50% while maintaining compatibility with the existing emergency lighting framework. This was achieved by installing over 2,500 units of our LED Waterproof -P3 54W 4000K PLUS, specifically chosen for their high efficiency (140lm/w) and long service life (70,000 hours). These lights are not only energy-efficient but also waterproof, ensuring durability and consistent performance in the garage environment. The project was completed to the highest satisfaction.
